Abstract
We will learn how to use evolutionary game theory to analyze the dynamics of the somatic evolution of cancer. In particular, we will formulate and solve a three-strategy game that describes the interaction of vasculature and acidity in cancer. Additionally, we will connect the resulting solutions to potential insights in cancer biology and treatment.
