Two key research questions guide this study. What is the impact of Merges and Acquisitions on the financial performance in the Renewable Energy sector compared to the Traditional energy sector? By analyzing data from worldwide companies, this study aims to contribute to the understanding of how the Merger and Acquisition deals, specifically the distinction between renewable and traditional energy, affects the financial performance within the sector through financial metrics.
