Abstract
This report discuses the research of my bachelor thesis in the Molecular Biophysics Group of the Utrecht University. They are building a setup to image cancer in vivo with a high pulsed laser. The laser induces two-photon excitation and second-harmonic generation in the sample. The light which is created by these two nonlinear processes is measured with a CCD camera. During a measurement the quality of the data should be checked. Therefore, I wrote a software program that controls the camera and visualize the data of the camera.
