Abstract

In this thesis, I explore the Dutch government's interventions aimed at reforming its citizens’ sexual conduct to combat sexual transgressive behavior and sexual violence. The government's efforts focus on reshaping the discourse around sex by emphasizing on the observation of sexual will, engaging in conversations about sexual boundaries, and prioritizing the experiences of victimization.
