Abstract
This thesis proof Weaver's Conjecter KS_2 and also the Paving Conjecture. The structure is rather similar to that of "Interlacing familiies II: mixed characteristic polynomials and the Kadison-Singer problem", but this thesis gives proofs in greater detail and contains proofs the main source material only references to.
