Abstract
This theses discusses the ways in which third-generation Moluccan-Dutch people construct and perceive their national and ethnic identity. Looking with a colonial lens, this research delves into the relation between their national and ethnic identity and their sense of belonging. Third-generation Moluccan-Dutch people construct and perceive their identities as dual identity, in which they feel belonging to both their nation Dutch identity and national and ethnic Moluccan identity simultaneously.
