the bachelorthesis researched Ludwig Tiecks romantic Hero Franz Sternbald, as the embodyness of the early romantic. The accent lies on Sternbalds 'Sehnsucht' (desire, longing, craving) to art, nature and love, and how this fullfills the romantic ideal of life.
