Abstract
For this thesis, a Literature Village was designed for 5 havo & 6 vwo students in an effort to combine literature and speaking education in English in Dutch secondary schools. To accompany the Literature Village design and to ensure that a continuous learning line would be established, this thesis also contains a design for a two year curriculum for literature and speaking education in English which leads up to the event of Literature Village.
