Abstract
This study investigates the professional integration experiences of highly educated Turkish status holders in the Netherlands, focusing on their challenges and barriers during this process as well as the strategies they employ to overcome these obstacles. The research was conducted with 17 participants using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
